  • I AM NOT REGISTERED WITH YOU BUT HAVE A PROBLEM. CAN YOU HELP?

Of course! We always try to help non-registered patients who are suffering with an emergency and often have same day appointments.

  • I WORK 9AM-5PM AND STRUGGLE TO SEE A DENTIST WITHIN MY WORKING HOURS. DO YOU HAVE APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS?

  • I NEED DENTAL TREATMENT BUT I AM SCARED OF DENTISTS, CAN YOU HELP?

Our professional and experienced team is highly trained in assessing nervous and anxious patients. In majority of cases dental treatment is carried out in our surgery with detailed explanation of the procedures and using local anaesthetic if required. In rare cases referral can be made for the treatment under sedation. Our aim is to help and support you during your dental treatment and make your experience as positive as it can be!  

  • MY BABY HAD THEIR FIRST TOOTH. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SEE A DENTIST?

Now!  It is advisable to make an appointment for your child for his first dental examination right from the start.  Initially we may not be successful in looking at their teeth but when they’re ready they will climb on the dental chair and get familiar with dental environment.   Our aim is to create friendly and calm atmosphere for your child, so he can start looking for his dental appointments.  We also give children stickers to keep them motivated.

And don’t forget: up to the age of 6 we offer complimentary check-ups for every child whose parents are registered with us.

  • I DON’T LIKE THE COLOUR OF MY TEETH, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO ?

The easiest way to lighten teeth colour is to attend our air flow hygiene appointment followed by the teeth whitening. We use Boutique whitening system that has amazing results and great patient feedback!

Of course! At Fence House Dental – you smile is our passion! We have variety of treatments starting from composite bonding; veneers and orthodontic treatment.

  • I HAVE CROOKED TEETH IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO ?

  • DO YOU HAVE A DENTAL PLAN?

Yes, we do!

We have 2 levels of our Fence House Dental Plan:

Level 1 is £14.50 per month and includes 2 Extended Examinations and 2 Extensive Hygiene visits per year.

Level 2 is £24.50 per month and includes 2 Extended Examinations and 4 Extensive Hygiene visits per year.

On both levels 10% discount available on selected treatments.

We also offer complimentary check-up appointment to all children up to the age of 6; whose parents are our patients 

  • HOW MUCH TREATMENT WILL COST?

We always will provide you with a printed/emailed estimate for your treatment following your check-up appointment or assessment of an appropriate treatment plan.

We always discuss all available options; pros and cons of every treatment including the costs for you in plain language.

  • WILL I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR THE APPOINTMENT?

To protect us from any patients failing to attend and be able to offer appointment to patients that need it we ask for a small deposit prior booking which is fully refundable if no appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice. For more details, please check our appointment policy.

  •  WHICH PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).

However due to the COVID 19 pandemic we ask our patients to pay kindly via contactless payment method where it is possible.
