The staff at this dentist are perfect so polite so professional, Look after all your needs even when you go home after a treatment they do send you a message on WhatsApp to make sure that you’re okay. Specially when you’ve been sat in the chair for quite a long period having Composite bonding, they were amazing I would recommend anyone to try them.😊😊😊

My 1st appointment was an emergency appointment as I had lost a filling on the day I was going away. So pleased with treatment. I joined up to their plan immediately, affordable, had my 1st check up and hygiene appointment with ease. Staff are amazingly friendly, go above and beyond. Beautiful practice. Recently visited Fence House Dental for persistent issues with my gums and bridge. Was impressed from the moment I came in at the immaculate premises and the warm welcome. What types of general dentistry treatments do you offer?

At Fence House Dental, single dental implants start from £1,995 including the crown. The total cost depends on how many teeth need replacing and whether additional procedures (like bone grafting) are required. We also offer 0% finance to make implants affordable.

How often should I schedule a dental check-up?

No – dental implant treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you won’t feel pain during the procedure. For nervous patients, we also offer IV sedation. After surgery, some mild discomfort is normal, but most patients recover quickly with simple pain relief.

Do you treat children as well as adults?

With proper oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups, dental implants can last a lifetime. The crown or bridge attached to the implant may need replacement after 10–15 years, but the implant itself can remain in place indefinitely.

What can I expect during a routine dental check-up?

Most adults in good general health are suitable candidates for dental implants. During your free consultation at our Macclesfield clinic, we’ll check your bone density, gum health, and medical history to confirm if implants are right for you.

Are your treatments suitable for nervous patients?

Yes, but smoking increases the risk of implant failure. We strongly recommend reducing or quitting smoking before and after implant surgery to improve healing and long-term success.

What payment options do you offer?

All-on-4 implants replace a full arch of missing teeth using only four implants. This treatment provides a secure, natural-looking smile without the need for individual implants for each tooth. It’s a cost-effective and life-changing solution for patients with multiple missing teeth.
